摘要
利用乙醚提取的麝香酮与２，４－二硝基苯肼反应生成苯腙衍生物，且麝香酮苯腙分子量大，易与其它化合物及杂质分离的原理，经薄层板展开后，洗脱，碱化显色，在４８０ｎｍ波长处测吸收度，结果其回收率为９７．９８％，变异系数１．２３％，相关系数０．９９９８．
The muscone extracted with ether in Liushenwan was reacted with
2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine to form corresponding phenyldrazone and the content of that
wasdetermined by thin-layer chromatographic colorimetry at λ480nm. The results indicated
thataverage rate of recovery was 97. 98%,the coefficient of variation was 1.23%,thecorelative
coefficient was 0.9998 ,and the calculated content of muscone was 0.0581%.
