摘要
借助组织学及组织化学方法对豚鼠自体全厚皮片表皮内的ＫＭＲ值进行了动态观察。结果显示，ＫＭＲ值的变化与皮片色泽改变有明显的同步关系，从而推断ＫＭＲ值变小，特别是ＫＭｄＲ值变小，可能是皮片呈现过度色素沉着的原因之一。
The kinetic changes of KC/MC ratios in the epidermis of cutaneous fullthickness autografts on guinea-pigs were observed. The results showed that there was similar tendency between changes of KMR and grafts color.We infer with enough reason that decrease of KMR,especially that of KMdR,may be one of the causes for hyperpigmentation of the grafts.
