摘要
在pH 7-8范围内,磺基水杨酸存在下,铀和5-Br-DMPAP形成三元配合物,吸收峰位于580nm,配合物摩尔吸光系数7.2×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。铀含量在0—40μg/25ml范围符合比尔定律。方法灵敏度高,应用于铌钽矿中铀的测定,结果满意。
Uranium reacts with 5-Br-DMPAP at pH 7-8 in the presence of sulfosali-cylic acid to form a tertiary complex, which exhibits maximum absorbance at 580 nm with a molar absorptivity of 7.2×104 L.mol-1·cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed from 0.0-40μgu/25ml. The method is highly sensitive. It has been applied to the determination of uranium in niobium and tantalum concentrates with satisfactory results.
