摘要
研究了Ag(Ⅱ)与meso-四(4-三甲铵苯基)卟啉的显色反应.在pH=5.0的缓冲溶液中形成稳定的Ag(Ⅱ)-T(4-TAP)P配合物,其最大吸收波长为423nm,组成为Ag(Ⅱ)∶T(4-TAP)P=1∶1,摩尔吸光系数为3.26×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Ag(Ⅱ)的浓度在0.004μg/mL~0.14μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,银的检出限为3.9ng/mL.基于此建立的测银方法灵敏度高,结合巯基棉分离干扰,可用于化探样品中银的测定.
The colour reaction of silver(Ⅱ) with T(4 TAP)P is studied.A stable complex of Ag(Ⅱ) T(4 TAP)P is formed at pH=5.0,and its molar absorptivity is 3.26×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 423 nm.The composition is Ag(Ⅱ)∶T(4 TAP)P=1∶1,Beers law is obeyed in the silver concentration range of 0.004 μg/mL ̄0.14 μg/mL.The detection limit is 3.9 ng/mL .The method is sencitive to the determination of silver in geochemical samples with satisfactory results.
