摘要
研究了等离子体质谱法测定稀土铌钽矿中的铌、钽、锆、铪量。实验了焦硫酸钾熔融酒石酸提取、微波消解处理样品、氢氧化钾碱融氢氟酸酸化和氢氧化钠熔融样品盐酸酸化四种不同溶样方法。确定了氢氧化钠熔融样品,盐酸提取熔融物。确定了仪器最佳工作条件,以铑为内标校正铍、铌、锆;铊为内标校正铪、钽、铀。通过与ICP-AES法结果对照和标准样品检测验证了方法的准确度。精密度实验中,方法的RSD<8%。
A method of the determination of beryllium,uranium,niobium,tartalum,zirconium and hafnium contents in rare earth-niobium-tartalum mineral by ICP-MS was studied in this paper.The samples were dissolved by four different methods.The operating condition of the instrument was optimized.Thallium as the element of internal standard was used to correct hafnium,tartalum and uranium,and rhodium to beryllium,niobium and zirconium.The results were satisfactory.
