摘要
目的:初步研究黄芩、牛膝、杜仲、山楂、豨莶草五种中草药对血管平滑肌细胞(VSMCs)钙通道的影响。方法:大鼠离体胸主动脉环观察对去甲肾上腺素(NA)诱导的内钙依赖性与外钙依赖性缩血管作用的影响。结果:上述五种药材均能不同程度的抑制NA诱导的细胞外Ca2+内流产生的血管平滑肌的收缩;其中黄芩还能够显著地抑制NA诱导的细胞内"钙储库"中Ca2+的释放。结论:五种药材对VSMCs钙通道具有阻滞作用,这可能与其扩张血管、降血压作用机制有关;其中牛膝、杜仲、山楂和豨莶草等对VSMCs钙通道的阻滞作用为首次研究发现。
Objective: To study the vasodilatation and calcium channel blocking effects of Skullcap Root, Twotooth Achyranthes Root, Eucommia Bark, hawthorn fruit and Siegesbechia herb. Methods : Observed the inhibitory effects of the 5 Chinese herbs on NA-indueed contraction, either due to calcium release from internal stores or inward Ca^2+ , of thoracic aortic rings isolated fi'om SD rats. Results : The 5 Chinese herbs have extracellular calcium entry blocking effect. Furthermore, Skullcap Root can significant inhibit intracellular stores calcium release as well. Conclusion: These Chinese herbs have calcium channel blocking effects in VSMCs, which may associate with their vasodilatation and anti-hypertensive effects.
