摘要
根据扭转应力过程中磁声发射强度随扭转角φ变化的关系,探讨了材料受扭转应力作用时内部状态的变化;利用频谱分析了解了材料内扭转应力变化规律;最后探讨了扭转过程中残余应力对磁声发射强度的影响,并且计算了扭转残余应力。
The relation between the intensity of MAE and the twisting angle has been investigat-ed.In the twisting stress state,the signal intensity of MAE is affected by the rate of load-ing. It has been proved that the variation of the power spectrum is in conformity with that ofERN. The effect of the residual stress state during twisting of type 45# steel has also beenstudied.
