摘要
研究了无取向多晶、(110)[001]取向多晶与单晶三类硅钢材料的磁声发射行为,测量了三类试片的磁化曲线与磁滞回线,用粉纹法观察了磁畴结构,用X射线衍射法测量了单晶试片的取向。实验结果表明:取向为(110)[001]只含180°畴壁的单晶体,磁声发射仍相当强,即使在磁致伸缩系数几乎为零的磁场下,磁声发射信号仍相当丰富,说明180°磁畴壁运动的确是磁声发射源。对源机制进行了分析讨论。
The MEA of grain non-oriented, (110)[001] grain oriented polycrystalline samples, and single crystals close to (110)[001] direction of Fe 3%Si were investigated. Magnetic domain wall pattern was observed. The grain orientation, magnetization curve, hysteresis loop of these samples were also measured under diffcren conditions The MAE activity of single crystals with 180° magnetic domain wall is rather obvious, even under low magnetic field of magnetostriction Coefficient λ=0. It means that the motion of 180° domain wall does generate elastic wave, The mechanism of the source is discussed,
