摘要
运用三点弯曲法在试样表面形成应力,以模拟钢轨的受力状态.采用双电压、双中心频率的声发射探头的能量计数比值,可以显示出良好的应力相关性,并且建立了拉、压应力状态下的线性回归公式,为钢轨的应力检测提供依据.
By the three-point bending method, stress is formed on a sample surface to simulate the rail in use under stress. The random effect of coupling on the test result is removed using a ratio which is derived form signal energy counts at two different voltages and two different center frequencies and a good relationship between ratio R and stress σ is seen. The linear regression formulae between R and σ are also given.
