摘要
本文测定了34例维吾尔族正常成人血小板乳酸脱氢酶及同工酶,其结果是:乳酸脱氢酶总活力为63.0±16.9单位/10^(10)血小板,其同工酶谱顺序为LDH_3LDH_2>LDH_4>LDH_1>LDH_5,H/M比值为56/44。同时还测定了7例白血病患者的血小板乳酸脱氢酶及同工酶谱。
This is a report on the determination of the activity of LDH and its isoenzymes of platelet from 34 normal adults of Uygur nationality. The results showed that LDH total activity was 63.0±16.9/10^(10) platelets, the sequence of isoenzyme (％) was LDH_3>LDH_2>LDH_4>LDH_1>LDH_5, H/M =56/44. In the meantime, 7 cases of leukemia were also determined. Their LDH levels were higher than normal, the isoenzymic spectrum in leukemia of all kinds varies significantly, as compared with the normal.
