摘要
大口径特厚液膜交联毛细管柱(下简称大口径柱)自1983年问世以来,得到了广泛的应用。该柱综合了填充柱和通常毛细管柱的部分优点,且避免了各自的不足,是一种实用性很强的色谱柱。我们已研制成功内径0.5～0.8mm、液膜厚度1—9μm的不同长度的交联玻璃毛细管柱。近两年来,经我们和国内不少单位使用,效果良好。现将某些应用实例简述如下: (一)合成香料和农药的分析 合成香料不象天然香料那样复杂。
Some applications of cross-linked capillary column with large diameter and very thick film are collected in this paper, including the analyses of synthetic perfumes, pestisides, trace components, polar compounds, highly volatile substances and aqueous solution of organic compounds, etc. In addition, the performance of the column is compared with that of packed column.
