摘要
本实验采用组织血流量计法,对正常和感染的SD大鼠末端回肠,进行了肠粘膜下血流量的测定,以观察厌氧灵对小肠血流量的影响。为了明确厌氧灵对内毒素体外诱生的单核/巨噬细胞分泌细胞因子TNF、IL—1、IL—6的影响,采用细胞培养技术,分别观察了厌氧灵、氢化可的松对人外周血单核细胞及小鼠腹腔内巨噬细胞培养上清液由内毒素刺激的TNF、IL—1、IL—6的诱生作用。实验结果表明,腹膜炎大鼠的肠血流量(56.15±7.66ml/min/100g)较正常大鼠(71.16±6.19ml/min/100g)明显降低(P<0.01);对于正常大鼠,投予厌氧灵后60、90分钟的肠血流量(94.26±13.02ml/min/100g,85.74±5.58ml/min/100g)与投药前生理盐水、先锋Ⅳ、灭滴灵比较均显著升高(p<0.05);对于腹膜炎大鼠,投予厌氧灵后,60、90、120分钟的肠血流量(74.85±17.53ml/min/100g,82.ll±12.53ml/min/100g,64.89±6.77ml/min/100g)明显高于投药前(55.29±7.06ml/min/100g),60、90分钟肠血流量亦显著高于生理?
mall intestinal blood flow was measured by using the methed of
hydrogen gas generated by electrolysis in normal and intra-abdominal infection rats,In order to
determine the effects of Yan Yang Ling on LPS-induced TNF,L-1 and IL-6 secretion in vitro , the
following experiment were oberved,The TNF cytoxicity,IL-1, and IL-6 activity in culture
supernafant of murine poritoneal macrophages and human peripheral mononuclear blood cells
challenged by LPS were measured in the group of Yan Yang Ling and Hydrocortisone
respectivelly.The result showed that small intestinal blood flow was Ling administration,blood
flow could be improved,Cephalex-ine and Metronidazole had no effect on intestine blood flow.
We found that both Hydrocortisone and Yan Yang Lmg showed an inhibitive effects on LPS
induced TNF,IL-1 and IL-6 secre-tion,The levels of TNF,IL-1 and IL-6 in culture supernatant were
lower significantly(P<0.05).The results indicated that Yan Yang Ling could inhibit the excessive
secretion of TNF,IL-l and IL-6 in vitro.
