厌氧灵对实验性细菌性腹膜炎的治疗作用 被引量:3

摘要 在本实验中,我们选用自临床分离的,具有致病性的大肠杆菌和脆弱类杆菌作为致病菌,Spraquc—Dawley大鼠为实验对象,采用向大鼠腹腔内注入大肠杆菌、脆弱类杆菌和10%BaSO4牛肉汤混悬液的方法,造成腹腔内感染的动物模型,48小时内有83%的动物死亡。大肠杆菌浓度的变化对死亡率的影响较大,而脆弱类杆菌浓度的影响则较小。在此模型基础之上,将实验动物随机分为四组,分别口灌①0.9%NdCl;②lg/ml厌氧灵;③1.4%先锋Ⅳ;④0.7%甲硝唑,观察48小时的死亡率及实验第九日的脓肿形成率。实验结果表明:①厌氧灵治疗组的48小时死亡率(33.33%)明显低于0.9%NaCl组(83.33%)。(P=0.22);甲硝唑治疗组的死亡率(41.67%)虽也低于0.9%NaCl组,但P>0.05;②厌氧灵组的腹腔内脓肿形成率(30%)与0.9%NaCl组(90%)比较显著降低,(P=0.02);先锋Ⅳ组和甲硝唑组分别为70%、60%与0.9%NaCl组比较无显著差别,P>0.05。本实验说明了厌氧灵可以降低早期腹膜炎的死亡率和晚期脓肿形成率,具有体内抗感染作用。 t is necessdry to establish a model of intra-abdominal infection in order to study its patho-logic changes and the role of a certian drug acting in the infections.In this experiment ,two mil-litre of suspension of Escherichia Coli and Bacteriobes fragilis which separated from Clinicai sam-ples were injected into the peritoneal cavity of rats mixxing with millitre of l0%BaSO4.After 1×108CFU of E. coli and 2×109 CFU of B. fragils was inoculated,83%of model animals died of sepsis within 48 hours, Model mortality could be affected by the amount of injected E,coli,but were divided into four groups,and were administrated orally Normai Saline(group 1), Yan Yang Ling(group 2),Cephalexine(group3)and Metronidazole(group 4)respectively. Mortality of group 2and group 3 was 33. 33%within 48hrs,and lower than it、was in group l significantly(88.33%),(P=0.02).Although the mortality of group 4(41.6%)was lower than it was in group 1,but there was no statistical difference between them(P>0.05).The abscesses ratea.in group of Normal Saline,Yan Yang Ling,Cephalexin and Mertondazole were 90%,30%,70% and 60%respectively. The date in group Yan Yang Ling was lower than it was in control group significantly,(P=0. 02). There were no tstaistical difference among cephalexin,Metronidazole and Control group,(P>0.05)。
