摘要
利用扫描电镜直接观察了不同碳含量母材的奥氏体/铁素体异种钢焊接熔合区断口形貌的变化特征,并与对应位置的金相组织进行对比观察,观察到从焊缝经熔合区到母材的断口形态变化特征,即韧窝型→浅韧窝+准解理混合型→解理型.随母材碳含量增加,熔合区的针状组织层逐渐减小直至消失,锯齿状组织层逐渐变宽.对应位置的断裂表面.混合花样区域逐渐变宽.
The fractographic alterations of welding transition zone in dissimilar A/F steel are examined directly by using scan electron microscopy. Compared with foe metallographic microstructions in the corresponding part, it is observed that the characters of fractographic alterations from the welding metal to the base metal through the transition zone show as: dimple→ dimple+quasicleavage mixture→cleavage mixture, and the mixture fractograph of the transition zone becomes wider and wider with increasing of carbon content in the base metal.Furthermore, the formation mechanisms of fractography are discussed in details.
