摘要
在LLJ350双槽连续挤压机上对6063铝合金进行连续挤压实验,并对挤出产品进行不同的工艺处理,对比观察其显微组织及力学性能。结果表明:6063铝合金型材经连续挤压后进行水冷+人工时效后的抗拉强度为249 MPa,硬度78 HB,伸长率为12.6%;水冷+人工时效较空冷+自然时效后的抗拉强度提高74.1%,硬度提高50%,塑性降低49.6%;水冷后人工时效较自然时效的产品强度提高51.8%,硬度升高34.5%,塑性降低41.9%。6063铝合金连续挤压后水冷比空冷的晶粒细小均匀。
The continuous extrusion experiment of 6063 A1 alloy was performed on LLJ350 extrusion machine with double grooves. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy under different treatment process was studied. The results indicate that the product strength is 249 MPa, the hardness is 78 HB, the elongation rate is 12.6% after continuous extrusion, water quenching and subsequent artificial ageing treatment. Compared with air cooling and subsequent natural aging treatment, the strength of extruded product which subject to water quenching and subsequent artificial aging treatment increases by 74.1%, the hardness increases by 50%, the elongation reduces by 49.6%. After water quenching, compared artificial aging with natural aging, the product strength increases by 51.8%, the hardness increases by 34.5%, the elongation reduces by 41.9%. Water quenching has smaller and more uniform microstructure than air cooling after 6063 A1 alloy continuous extrusion.
