摘要
研究饮用磁处理水对小白鼠全脑胆硷酯酶和单胺氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,小白鼠饮用磁处理水40天后,脑内的胆硷酯酶活性明显升高,但单胺氧化酶的活性无有意义的改变.由于脑的胆硷酯酶是乙酰胆硷的标识物,故可证明饮用磁处理水可提高脑内的乙酰胆硷水平。
Activity of acetylcholinesterase and monoamine oxidase was assayed in whole brains of young of mice drinking water treated by magnetics was significantly higher than the controls.Since acetylcholinesterase is a marker of acetyicholine,the result demostrated that drinking water treated by magnetics can increase the level of acetylcholine in brain.
