摘要
本文报道7例阴茎阴囊转位,3例为完全性,4例为不全性,其中1例伴有罕见的会阴部复杂性畸形。本文对其病因、诊断和治疗进行了阐述和讨论,参考了Glenn-Anderson和郭应禄等手术方法,自行设计了阴茎阴囊转位矫正术,特别强调了对松弛的阴茎悬韧带的处理和固定方法。本组有6例按我们设计的阴茎阴囊转位矫正术进行治疗,效果满意。
Seven cases of transposition of the penis and scrotum ( 3 complete, 4 incomplete ) are reported, one of which has a uncommon complicated deformity of the perineum. On the basis of Glenn-Anderson and Guo, we developed a corrcetion technique of penoscrotal transposition, with the emphasis placed on the reatment and fixation of the lax slings of the penis. This method was ordered in 6 cases, all with satisfactory results. The etiology, diagnosis and treatment of transposition of the penis and scrotum are described.
