摘要
胆红素用60CO辐照后其所携带自由基强度增强(称BilE),用甘露醇加VitC洗涤其强度减弱(称BilR),将BilE和BilR分别加入人胆汁中保温沉淀发现:BilE管沉淀中糖蛋白(GP)、“胆红素钙”和总钙皆明显高于BilR管。据此,我们认为胆红素自由基促进了糖蛋白和“胆红素钙”沉淀,有利于形成三元络合物,有促成石作用。
In order to investigate the effect of bilirubin free radical on
the bile precipitation,bilirubin reagent from the same batch was ra-diated by 60Co to enhance
its free radical inten-sity(BilE)or treated with Vit C and mannitolto reduce its free radical
intensity(BilR),andthe difference of intensity was confirmed withelectron paramagnetic
resonance spectra. TheBilE and BilR were separately added into twoaliquots from a same bile
supernatant.Thenthe paired bile samples were incubated for 36hrs,to form precipitate. Results
:in the precipi-tate of tube BilE, bilirubin-calcium compound(B-Ca),glycoprotein and total ealcium
weremore than those in tube BilR(P<0.05),butin supernatant,the concentrations of
calcium,bilirubin and glycoprotein of BilE were lessthan those of BilR.So we consider that
biliru-bin free radical was able to promote the pre- cipitation of B- Ca and glycoprotein , further-
more, to induced their polmerization. Thesewere favourable to the formation of trinalcomplex
composed of calcium bilirubinate andglycoprotein,the main ingredients of pigmentgallstones.
