旋磁场并高压氧对脑卒中患者自由基代谢的影响 被引量:12

摘要 旋磁场并高压氧对脑卒中患者自由基代谢影响的研究结果表明,采用0.1MPa高压氧,每日1次,40分钟,连续治疗10次为1疗程,高压氧升高血浆过氧化脂质(LPO)含量和抑制红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的作用不明显(P>0.05),但能明显降低红细胞谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPX)的活性(P<0.05)。旋磁场,磁片两块异名极并置,磁感应强度为0.25T,旋转(2500r/min)时磁头表面磁感应强度为0.08T,每日1次,20分钟,10次为1疗程,具有增强SOD的活性、降低血浆LPO含量的作用,对GSH、GSHpx的作用不够明显。联合应用高压氧和旋磁场治疗脑卒中,不仅能够提高疗效,还能预防氧中毒的发生。 In the paper, the effects of rotating magnetic field and hyperbaric oxygen (HBO ) on free radical metabolism in cerebral apoplexy were studied by us.Using the HBO (0. 2MPa) treatment for 10 times, the value of LPO in patients increased, the erythrocyte SOD activity wasn't decreased obviously. However, the value of GSH and GSHpx activity all decreased significantly. An addition, It is proved that the rotating magnetic field can increase the antioxidase activity, such as SOD and GSHpx and decrease the value of plasma LPO. SO we believe that the HBO combined with the rotating magnetic field therapy has a cooperation for treating the cerebral apoplexy. It can enhance the clinical effect and prevent the oxygen toxicity.
