旋磁场和氦氖激光对两种腹膜透析液粘度和电导率的影响

摘要 目的 :探讨旋磁场和 He- Ne激光对两种透析液的电导率和粘度的影响。方法 :选择不同曝磁时间和 He-Ne激光照射时间 ,测定两种透析液的电导率和粘度。结果 :1.5 %透析液曝磁 2 0分钟 ,2 .5 %透析液曝磁 2 5分钟后 ,电导率和粘度明显下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。 He- Ne激光没有影响。结论 Objective:To observe the effect of rotating magnetic field and helium neon laser on the viscosity and electrical conductivity of two kinds of peritoneal dialysis. Methods: Setting different duration of exposure to rotating magnetic field and laser illumination,the vscosity and electrical conductivity of peritoneal dialysis fluid were measured separately . Results:The viscosity and electrical conductivity dropped obviously (P< 0.05 ).After 1.5% peritoneal fluid and 2.5% peritoneal fluid had been exposed to rotating magnetic field for 20 minutes and 25 minutes,respectively. Helium neon laser no effect.Conclusion: rotating magnetic field may cut down the viscosity and electrical conductivity of two kinds of peritoneal dialysis fluid.
