摘要 为获取脉冲电磁热效应刺激在促进骨折愈合以及在骨伤科软伤痛症止痛方面的临床效果 ,将自制低频超强脉冲发生器和具有脉冲电磁热效应的夹板应用于临床 ,经 89例软组织痛症 ,6 0例新鲜骨折患者临床应用观察。结果显示脉冲电磁热效应夹板治疗四肢新鲜骨折 ,骨折愈合级别高于对照组 ,尤以第 12周最显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,低频超强脉冲治疗软组织痛症治疗后痛级下降显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,表明脉冲电磁热效应夹板对新鲜骨折有明显促进愈合的作用。 In order to obtain the clinical effect of pulse electromagnetic thermal-effect stimulation in promoting the fracture healing and stopping the soft-tissue pains of orthopedic-traumatological patients, the self-made low-frequency super-strong pulse (LFSSP) generator and the splints with pulse electromagnetic thermal effect (SPETE) were clinically used to treat 89 cases of soft-tissue pains and 60 cases of fresh fracture, the therapeutic effects were observed. The results showed that the fracture healing grade of fresh extremity fracture treated by SPETE was higher than that of the control group, especially in the 12th week (P < 0.01); the pain grade of soft-tissue pains treated by LFSSP descended significantly (P < 0.01), showing the stimulative effect of SPETE on fresh fracture healing and the significant analgesic effect of super-strong pulse electromagnetic stimulation on orthopedic-traumatological pains.
