摘要
髋臼骨折１６例，资料完整１５例，用Ｊｕｄｅｔ—Ｌｅｔｏｕｒｎｅｌ分类，均合并发生髋脱位。采取非手术治疗１１例，手术治疗４例。疗效优良５例，余１０例有严重后期并发症。髋臼骨折都与股骨头损伤、髋关节脱位相联系，并造成髋关节不稳、创伤性损害，影响治疗方法和预后。
AbstractFifteen patients of acetabular fractures with dislo-cations of the hip joint were reported.They were clas-sified according to Judet-Letournel system.11 caseswere treated with conservative methods and 4 were op-erated upon.The results of 5 patients were excellent.There were 9 complications in the remaining 10 cases.The authors analyzed the traumatic biomechanics androentgenographic diagnosis of these conditions.
