摘要
髋关节外侧脱位实属罕见，是一种新型的髋脱位，我院自１９８８年１月～１９９４年３月共收治５例，临床和Ｘ线征不同于髋关节前脱位或后脱位，它缺乏前脱位时髋外展外旋及后脱位时髋内收内旋的Ｘ线征。根据受伤机制、临床和Ｘ线特点等命名为髋关节外侧脱位。
AbstractLateral dislocation of the hip is rarely seen,Theauthors believe it is a new type of dislocation of thehip. From 1988 to 1994,5 cases of lateral dislocationof the hip were diagnosed according to the mechanismof injury,the clinical manifestation and the findings onthe x-ray films. In the x-ray films,the picture wasgreatly different from other types hip dislocation;noabduction nor external rotation were seen as in anteri-or dislocation of the hip,and no adduction nor internalrotation as seen during posterior dislocation. 2 caseswere treated with closed reduction and 3 with surgery.
