摘要
自１９９０年起对２０例髋臼骨折施行切开复位内固定治疗，达到解剖复位１６例，满意３例。经平均１９个月随访，疗效较好。作者主张积极的切开复泣内固定，凡骨折移位超过２ｍｍ、骨折涉及负重区域、关节内有碎骨块者为手术适应证。在本资料中，Ｌｅｔｏｕｒｎｅｌ分类对手术入路有很好的临床价值。另外，ＣＴ检查可以为准确分类提供更多信息。
AbstractSince 1990. 20 cases of acetabulum fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation. 19 cas-es obtained anatomic or satisfactory reduction. An av-erage of follow-up duration was 19 months.The re-sults were good. The authors believed that the open reduction and internal fixation was the method of choice to treat displaced acetabulum fractures,espe-cially in the articular displacement of more than 2 mm,fracture of the weight-bearing dome of acetabulum and existence of intra-articular osseous fragment.The val-ue of Letounel’s classification is useful as a guide for surgical approach.In addition, CT provides much in-formation about classmcation of the acetabulum.
