摘要
分析了目前建筑企业管理绩效评价存在欠缺的几个方面,探讨了构建现代建筑企业管理绩效评价的指标体系和评价方法,并通过实例阐明了评价方法的应用,检验了该评价思路与方法的可行性.提出了对建筑企业管理绩效进行评价的看法.
This paper analyses the several deficiency aspects of management performance appraisal index system of architecture business at present, discusses the appraisal method to establish the management performance appraisal index system of architecture business, clarifies the application of the method by an example, the feasibility of the thought and method is proved. Puts forward how to appraise the management performance appraisal index system of architecture business.
