摘要
企业物流管理的绩效评价的原则 ,并从成本、效率、风险和客户管理四个角度探讨 ,与美国相比 ,我国物流管理绩效评价体系不论是认识和理论上均存在很大差距 ,因此 ,我国要遵循物流绩效评价体系的原则 ,从成本、效率、风险和客户管理方面探讨指标体系的建立 ,同时要研究该绩效评价体系的实施与控制。
This paper analyzes the principles of establishing an enterprise's logistics performance evaluation system especially, it researches on the implementation control in this system from the perspectives of cost, elficiency, risk and customer management.
