摘要
目的研究水红花子醇提物的抗脂质过氧化作用。方法用D-半乳糖造衰老小鼠模型,同时ig相当于水红花子0.6,1.2,2.4,4.8g·kg-1·d-1醇提物,观察其对衰老模型小鼠抗氧化系统的影响。结果0.6,1.2,2.4,4.8g·kg-1·d-1水红花子醇提物能使衰老模型小鼠血清、肝、肾组织中MDA明显下降;SOD及CSH-PX活力明显提高;脑组织中LF明显下降。结论水红花子醇提物有显著清除氧自由基,活性氧及抗脂质过氧化作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of the alcohol extract from Fructus Polygoni Orientalis (EFPO) on antilipoperoxidation. METHODS: The effect on antioxidation system in senile model caused by D-galatose (D-gal) was observed. The alcohol extract at a dose of 0.6, 1.2, 2.4, 4.8 g·kg-1·d -1 was administered, respectively. RESULTS: MDA decreased significantly. The activities of SOD and GSH-PX notably ascended in serum, liver and kidney, LF descended in brain of senile model mice. CONCLUSION: EFPO possess the notable effect of eliminating oxygen free radicals, active oxygen and antilipoperoxidation.
