摘要
本试验考察了谷胱甘肽在不同pH溶液中的紫外吸收。以0.1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液为稀释液,在230+1nm下测定谷胱甘肽片的最低检出限为2μg/mL(6.5×10^(-6)mol/mL);在5~60μg/mL内线性相关系数为γ=0.9999;平均回收率为100.1%(RSD=0.37%,n=5)。与其它分析方法比较,测定结果一致,而操作更为简便。
The report introduces a new method for the determination of Glutathion in medicinal tablets by UV spectrophotometer. Glutathion absorbs specific UV-rays at different pH solutions. Determination of Glutathion in 0.1mol/L NaOH solution ast satisfactorily at 230nm. The calibration graph for Glutathion is linear from 5 to 60μg/ml (γ=0.9999), the rate of recovery for 40μg/ml Glutathion is 100.1% (RSD%=0.37). This method has an advantage over iodine titration method.
