摘要
本文对影响泥鳅人工繁殖主要外界因素进行了研究。试验结果表明:按性比(?:?)1:2配组,宜在下午6时注射LRH—A,雌鱼剂量为0.67μg/g,雄鱼剂量减半,注射后当即雌雄混养,水体pH值为6.5～7.0,水温20～26℃时可获得较好的繁殖效果。
In this paper, major external factors which influencing the artifical rep-roduction of Misgurnus arguillicaudatus are studied. The results are as foll-ows: The best results of artifical reproduction can be obtained on the follow-ing condictions: a) The ratio of matured females and males (?:?) is 1:2. b)LRH-A is respectively injected into each matured female and male. The dosageis 0.67μg/g for matured females, and half for matured males. c) PH of wateris 6.5-7. 2. d) Water temperature is 20～26℃.
