摘要
目的:了解深圳市城区青春期女性心理行为问题的现状及表现特征,为制定预防和早期干预措施提供依据。方法:采用儿童行为量表(AchenbachChildBehaviorChecklist)对深圳市城区3所小学、2所中学共878例10～17岁女学生进行调查研究。结果:行为问题总检出率为14.24%,青春早期11.32%,青春中期16.96%,两期检出率有显著性差异;班级学习成绩排名上、中、下女生的行为问题发生率分别为14.92%、12.59%、15.16%。结论:深圳市城区青春期女性行为问题检出率与国内研究结果大致相近,各行为因子检出率及排序在青春期不同时期有所差别,青春期女性行为问题对学绩的影响无明显关系,但以学习成绩排名下和上等级的女生行为问题发生率较高。
Objective:To investigate the psychology or behavior problems and the behavior character of female adolescent and provide the evidence for early interventions.Methods:878 school girls aged 10~17 years selected from three primary and two middle schools in Shenzhen were measured by Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL).Results:Pervalence of girls having behavior problems averaged 14.24%,with 11.32% in early adolescent and 16.96% in middle adolescent.There were great diffrences between the two groups.The behavior problems were found 14.92% in good achievement、12.59% in moderate achievement and 15.16% in underachieved girls. Conclusion:Pervalence rate of children having behavior problems were closed to investigations of other cities.There appeared different rates and composition of children’s behavior problem among different period of adolescent,but the pervalence rate appeared higher in good achievemant and underachieved girls.
