摘要
血水草属Eomecon Hance是我国的特有属。有关它的解剖结构,尚无记载。本文首次对血水草Eomecon chionantha Hance的叶片、叶柄、茎、花序梗和果实进行解剖学描述,并与临近属的解剖学特征进行比较,为进一步的研究提供解剖学证据。
The Eomecon Hance is endemic to China. Eomecon chionantha Hance is the only species of the genus. This paper reports the anatomical characters of this plant for the first time.
The chief anatomical characters are as follows:
1.The structure of leaf-blade are showed dorsiventrality There are uniseriate multicellular hair on epidermis. The stomata are 'Ranunculaceae' type which only distributed over the dorsal side.
2. In ground tissue of petiole the vascular bundles are arranged as V-shape and contain air space and the laticiferous tubes.
3.The stem is columncr structure. The vascular tissue. consist of 10 vascalar bundles which have different size arranged in a ring. The centre of stem is a hollow pith.
4.The internal structure of peduncle and stem are analogous.
5. The fruit wall is composed of the peels, ground tissue and vascular bundels, the inner peel is a layer of stone cells.
6. The seed coat consists of outer and inter epidermis. The endosperm is abundant.
