摘要
本文通过光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜并利用密斜面扫描和离析后扫描相结合的方法,详细地观察了北五味子的木材结构,尤其对各分子的大小进行了详细的度量,可为今后进一步研究提供依据。
In this paper, the structures of wood in Schizandra Chinensis Baillon wer studied by light microscope and SEM. The two main aspects are: 1. the siz of various elements measured in details; 2. the relationship between the vessels and the cells around vessels.
