摘要
从形态特征、养殖性能、细胞水平、同工酶和DNA分子水平介绍了中华鳖种质资源的研究现状,探讨了目前中华鳖种质资源研究中存在的薄弱环节,并对中华鳖种质资源的开发、保护和利用提出了对策.
Based on the research of our laboratory, the current situation on the research of Germplasm in Pelodiscus Sinensis is reviewed, from the perspectives of morphological character, breeding performance, isozyme electrophoresis, karyotpe analysis and DNA molecule. It is also pointed out that some problems exist in this area and some countermeasures for exploring, protecting and utilizing the germplasm resources of Pelodiscus Sinensis are provided.
