摘要
本文分析了虾蛄的营养成份,通过比较与分析,评估了虾蛄的营养价值,并对虾蛄的综合利用提出了一些建议。
In this paper,the authors analyzed in detail the respective nutrientcompositions of the head and the body of squills,On the basis of compar-ison, the nutritive value of squills is affirmed,and suggestions are putforward for the comprehensive utilization of squills.
