摘要
在疏松砂岩油田开发过程中,油井出砂引起套管变形现象经常发生。本文从临盘采油厂出砂井的套管损坏现状及规律着手,分析油藏出砂后形成空洞的特征,根据岩层出砂形成空洞形状,确认套管在地层承受三向应力状态,根据套管在岩层中力学状态,引用了《滩海管道系统技术规范》中管道屈曲破坏的条件,首次提出了为疏松砂岩油藏出砂井套管发生变形的一种校核计算方法。
During the development of oilfield in loosen sandstone reservoirs, the sand production from oil well usually leads to casing deformation. The paper analyzes the features of cavity around the oil well caused by the sand production, confirms that the casing in strata is pressed by the three dimensional stresses according to shape of the cavity. As the stresses of the casing are similar to those of shoal pipeline, the 'Technical Norm of Shoal Pipeline System' is introduced. The paper gives a way to check the casing deformation in the sandstone reservoirs.
