稻—鸭—鱼共栖生态系统中水稻根系特性及经济效益 被引量:20

The Character of Rice Roots in Rice-Duck-Fish Commensalisms Ecosystem and its Economic Benefi

摘要 通过田间试验,对稻鸭鱼共栖生态系统中水稻根系特性及共栖系统的经济效益进行了研究.结果表明:稻鸭鱼共栖能提高水稻根系活力,在水稻分蘖始期、分蘖盛期、孕穗期、齐穗期和成熟期,稻—鸭—鱼区中的根系α-萘胺氧化力比不放鸭鱼区的分别高18.6%,18.3%,8.3%,13.7%,34.4%.稻—鱼区中的根系α-萘胺氧化力比不放鸭鱼区的分别高9.9%,8.8%,0.8%,7.0%,14.1%.根系总吸收表面积自移栽后迅速增加,到孕穗期前后达到最大值,稻—鸭—鱼、稻—鱼和不放鸭鱼区在孕穗期分别达到2.6907×106,2.3485×106和2.2692×106m2/hm2,自此之后,增长缓慢或略有下降.根系吸收活跃表面积在齐穗期达到最高,稻—鸭—鱼、稻—鱼和不放鸭鱼区分别达到1.1905×106,1.0895×106和1.0301×106m2/hm2;稻鸭鱼共栖对水稻具有一定的增产效果,比稻鱼处理增产231.9kg/hm2,增产率为4.16%,比不放鸭鱼区增产761.5kg/hm2,增产率达15.11%.经方差分析,稻鸭鱼区与不放鸭鱼区比较差异达到极显著水平,和稻鱼区比较差异不显著. Through farmland trial,the character of paddy roots in rice-duck-fish commensalisms ecosystem and its economic benefit were studied.The results showed that rice-duck-fish commensalisms could improve the activity of paddy roots.At the initial tillering stage,full tillering stage,booting stage,full heading stage and ripening period,the roots α-naphthylamine oxidation capability under rice-duck-fish treatment was respectively higher than those in CK area by 18.6%,18.3%,8.3%,13.7%,34.4%,under rice-fish treatment it was higher than those under CK treatment by 9.9%,8.8%,0.8%,7.0%,14.1% respectively.The total absorbability surface area of root systems increased rapidly after rice seeding throwing plantation,reaching the maximum.Around booting stage,at the booting stage their respective surface area was 2.690 7×106,2.348 5×106 and 2.269 2×106 m2/hm2,respectively at rice-duck-fish area,rice-fish area and CK area,then increased slowly or reduced little.Different with root system total absorbability surface area,root system absorbability activity surface area reached the highest at the full heading stage,which was 1.190 5×106,1.089 5×106,1.030 1×106 m2/hm2respectively at rice-duck-fish,rice-fish and CK.Rice-duck-fish commensalisms have certain result of increasing the yield of rice,increased by 231.9 kg/hm2 than that under rice-duck treatment,increase the rate was 4.16%;increased by 761.5 kg/hm2 than that in CK,increase the rate was 15.11%.Analyzed by square difference,the difference between rice-duck-fish area and CK is extremely obvious,without obvious difference compared with rice-fish area.
