EFFECT OF TIG WELDING THERMAL CYCLE ON HARDNESS OF AZ91D MAGNESIUM ALLOYS

摘要 采用TIG焊接方法焊接AZ91D镁合金,考察了焊接热循环对镁合金的硬度的影响。结果表明,表面处理过程对镁合金硬度的影响很大;与母材相比,焊缝区组织细小,硬度较高,焊缝区不同部位的硬度存在一定差异。 AZ91D magnesium alloy was welded using TIG method, and the influence of welding thermal cycling on the hardness of AZ91D alloy was studied. The influence of surface treatment on the hardness of magnesium alloy is significant. Compared with base metal, the microstructure in fusion zone is finer, and the hardness is higher. The hardness difference exists at various places in fusion zone.
