激光-TIG复合焊接镁合金AZ31B焊接工艺 被引量:39

摘要 以变形镁合金AZ31B为主要研究对象 ,研究激光 -TIG复合热源焊接镁合金工艺特点 ,利用正交试验分析焊接规范对焊缝成型的影响。试验结果表明 ,激光束的存在增强了镁合金高速焊接时电弧的稳定性 ,增大了焊缝的熔深。在最佳的工艺条件下镁合金焊缝成型良好 ,无气孔、裂纹等缺陷 ,焊接接头抗拉强度与母材强度相当 。 The technical characteristics of laser tungsten inert-gasarc (TIG) hybrid welding process were investigated, and at the same timethe effect of parameters on the weld metal geometries was analyzed. Theresults show that the present of laser beam improved the stability and aug-mented the penetration of weld ; and the welt of magnesium alloy can he obtained without porosity and crack and the good tensile strength corre- sponding to based metal. It was proved that laser-TIG hybrid welding is a ideal new welding process for magnesium.
