摘要
太阳能是一种分散、低热的能源,利用聚光系统进行聚焦,可在焦点处获得2000~3000W/cm^2的高密度辐射能。本文研究了用高密度太阳能对球墨铸铁进行相邻并排扫描的表面合金化工艺,避免了激光、电子束大面积表面处理过程中的回火软化现象。
Solar energy is a mild and low heating source.An energy intensity of 2000 to 3000 W/cm^2 can be obtained at the focal area by means of a concentration system. In this paper,the closely-spaced line to line scanning alloying is studied.There is not any tempering effect in the region between the adjacent scanning bands.
