摘要
返乡创业是青年民工的基本归宿之一。本文通过对青年民工返乡创业制约因素的分析,认为应利用返乡青年民工创业的需求,以小城镇建设为龙头,将促进民工返乡创业纳入到小城镇建设的战略思考中,这样做不仅能够有效破解民工返乡创业的制约因素,同时也能够加快小城镇建设的速度,推进广大农村地区尽快迈入小康社会。
To start an undertaking in their hometowns is one of the destinations of young migrant workers. By analyzing the restrictive factors in young migrant workers' starting an undertaking in their hometowns, the paper proposes that in order to remove these restrictive factors, accelerate the development of small town construction, and advance the broad countryside into a well-off society, the promotion of migrant workers' starting an undertaking should be included in the strategic thinking of small town construction by taking advantages of the requirements of such young migrant workers with the focus of small town construction.
