摘要
随着农民工群体内部结构的变化,其需求层次逐渐由生存型向发展型转变,部分表现出较强的创业意向,并逐渐成为创业主体而倍受关注。通过对农民工创业研究集中于创业原因、创业环境分析、创业路径考察,分析、评价了农民工创业的相关研究,为今后政策制定提供借鉴。
With the change of the internal structure of the migrant workers, their need has gradually changed from survival to devel- opment, and generally exhibits strong entrepreneurial intention. Migrant workers become the subject of entrepreneurship and a uni- versally concerned group. This is a problem that should be considered in the construction of new urbanization with Chinese charac- teristics. The research of migrant workers＇entrepreneurship is focused on the entrepreneurial reasons, entrepreneurial environment, entrepreneurial paths. The analysis and evaluation of the research on migrant workers＇ entrepreneurship can provide a reference for future policy formulation.
