20^*钢形变渗硼过程中形变量和层深的关系

摘要 本文研究了室温形变对20~#钢渗层厚度的影响。结果表明:1)随形变量的增加,层深增加,并在某一形变量下达到最大值,而后随形变量的增加,层深逐渐减小,最佳形变量受加热速度和渗硼保温时间的影响。2)渗硼的动力学曲线与渗碳、渗氮等化学热处理的动力学曲线不同,前者不具有典型的二次曲线特征。室温形变可使渗硼的动力学过程加速。根据层深及层深增加速度随渗硼时间的变化规律,将渗硼过程分为三个阶段,分别讨论了渗硼层在各阶段的生长特点及形变对其影响。 The effect of room temperature deformation on boronized layer thick-ness for steel 20~# has been investigated.Experimental results indicate that 1)the boronized layer thickness increases with the increase of deforma-tion degree and reaches the maximum valume under some deformation de-gree,then the layer thickness decreases with the increasl of deformation degree,the optimum deformation is influenced by heating speed and boro-nizing time.2)boronizing dynamic curve is different with carourizing and nitriding dynamic curves which have typicalparabola type.Room temperature deformation can accelerate boronizing dynamic process. According to the relationship of x-t and △x/△t-t,the boronizing-process can be divided into three stages and the growing feature of boro-nizing Layer for the three stages has been discussed one by one.
