摘要
目的:本文主要研究复方猴头菇饮料抗运动性疲劳的作用及机制。方法:采用运动生物化学常用的手段和方法做动物(小鼠)实验研究。结果:实验表明复方猴头菇饮料可延长小鼠力竭性游泳时间;降低剧烈运动时肌酸激酶上升的幅度,能保护细胞少受损伤;有助于提高小鼠无氧运动能力,加速血乳酸的清除;对小鼠体重的增长无明显的影响。结论:复方猴头菇饮料具有明显的抗疲劳作用,且对体重的增长无明显的影响。是可开发利用的保健饮料。
Objective:To study the effect and mechanism of Compounded Hedgehog Hydnum Drink on fatigue mice; Methods: To make an animal experiment by employing usual ways in biochemistry of sports; Results: The experiments indicate that Compounded Hedgehog Hydnum Drink can prolong mice's exhaustive swimming duration, reduce the raising range of Creative Kinase(CK) after the strenuous exercises and has the effect of protecting cells from less damage; it can help to increase the mice's ability of aerobic exercise , speed up removing Blood Lactic Acid(B.L.A.) and has no obvious effects of increacing mice's weight. Conclusion: Compounded Hedgehog Hydnum Drink has obvious effects of anti-fatigue.
