干燥综合征并发多发性骨髓瘤3例报道及文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 目的:分析干燥综合征(SS)并发多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者的临床特点。方法:报道3例干燥综合征并发MM的患者,并对有关文献进行复习。结果:3例患者均为老年女性,出现SS症状至诊断MM的病程平均11年,伴自身抗体转阴,M蛋白显著升高,血沉明显增快。治疗主要针对MM化疗,化疗反应良好,化疗后部分患者SS症状得到改善。结论:干燥综合征并发MM患者非常少见。SS患者随访过程中出现明显乏力,骨痛,进行性贫血,血沉(ESR)明显增快,自身抗体转阴,γ球蛋白增高,出现M蛋白,应考虑并发MM可能。
