摘要
目的:调查急诊科不同年龄、学历、职称护士的心理健康及对工作应付方式的影响。方法:用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和肖计划编制的“应付方式问卷”对142名急诊科不同年龄、学历、职称护士进行测试和问卷调查,并分析经SCL-90测试的高分组(≥160分)和低分组(<160分)对工作成熟或不成熟应付方式的状况,用统计方法进行差异性判断。结果:SCL-90高分组与低分组在成熟或不成熟应付方式的选择上有极显著差异(P<001),不同年龄、学历、职称的护士在成熟或不成熟应付方式的选择上亦有极显著差异(P<0.05-001)。结论:在急诊科中低资历、低学历、低职称护士患心理障碍的比例较高,不同年龄、学历、职称护士在选择应付方式上有显著性差异。
To find out the psychological health status of emergency room nurses and the influence of psychological health status to their coping mode to job, age, educational background, professional post were analyzed as grouping factors. Method: SCL- 90 and Coping Mode Questionnaire (by Xiao Ji - hua) were used to survey 142 emergency room nurses. The job coping mode of cases whose score was more than or equal to 160 by SCL- 90 (high score group)was contrast to that of those whose score was leas than 160 (low score group). Results: The job coping mode of the two groups was significantly different with each other (P<0. 01). Nurses of different age, educational background, and professional post were significantly different when choosing job coping mode (P<0.05-0.01). Conclusion: Nurses with lower longevity, lower educational background, and lower professional post in emergency room suffer from psychological deficiency more than those with higher longevity, higher educational background, and higher professional post, and their job coping mode are significantly different.
