摘要
文章综述了急诊科护士的疲劳现状,主要表现为精神心理疲劳和躯体疲劳,指出工作性质、频繁更换班次、人员缺乏、社会支持、继续教育是影响护士疲劳的5个主要因素,提出护理管理人员应该通过改善、优化环境,适当增加急诊护士人员编制,加强培训等措施来关爱护士,减轻她们的疲劳程度,从而提高护理工作质量和效率。
The fatigue of nurses in emergency department mainly showed psychological,physical and so on. The five factors affecting nurses' fatigue were the nature of work, frequent shifts, lack of social supports, and continuing education. Nursing managers should increase the number of emergency nursing staff, improve their work envlronment,enhance training and pay more attention to their health to reduce their fatigue and improve the quality and efficiency of nursing.
