志贺氏菌的耐药性研究及防治对策 被引量:2

The Study on Resistence to Drugs of Shigellae Flexneri and The Curing Way

摘要 志贺氏菌能感染雏鸡,主要引起雏鸡拉脓血样粪便,该菌耐药性在兽医领域报道较少,本试验通过药敏试验,试管二倍稀释法测定三代头孢抗生素诱导志贺氏菌后可产生多重耐药性。 It is found that Shigellae.flexneri can infect chick and cause chick excrete bloody pus dejecta and die,the preva-sion of bloody pus in intestinal tract is tis main characters of pathological changes;there are few reports on this bacteriun's resistence to drugs in veterinare field.This experiment determind that the third generation cephalsporins can induce Shigel-lae.flexneri to generate multiplicitas resistence by way of inducing it.This induced bacterium can resisted to macrolides and quinolones,it is best do susceptibility test to find the responsivest drugs to treat these diseases caused by Shigellae.flexneri.
