摘要
目的 诊断、治疗及控制我所实验恒河猴猴群暴发的细菌性痢疾。方法 采集病猴直肠粪便进行实验室细菌培养、生化反应、血清型鉴定、药敏试验对病原菌进行鉴定 ,寻找有效的治疗药物。采用甲酚皂、优氯净等消毒液对环境、笼舍消毒的方法预防疾病的传播 ,及时隔离病猴、防止交叉感染和疾病的蔓延。结果 猴群发病数为 42 6只 ,隔离重病猴 16 0只。鉴定病原菌为福氏志贺菌 2A型。病情轻者 ,采用口服诺氟沙星、黄莲素等药物 ,病情重者静脉滴注头孢哌酮等 ,取得显著治疗效果 ,治愈率为 97 9%。结论 细菌性痢疾病原菌的鉴定 ,正确的诊断 ,科学的用药方案是提高疗效的关键。与国内其它猴场相比较 ,治愈率提高 2 0 %以上。
Objective To diagnose, cure and control an outbreak of bacillary dysentery in laboratory rhesus monkey colony. Methods The dejecta samples were collected from sick monkeys' rectum for bacteriological analysis. The pathogen was confirmed by test of biochemistry and serotype identification. The monkeys were treated according to the drug sensitive test. Furthermore, the environment and cages were sterilized. Results The pathogen was confirmed as Shigella flexneri 2A. The suffering monkeys which recieved norfloxicin or cefoperazone, according to the state of illness, were cured successfully. The cure rate was 97.9%. Conclusion Diagnosing in time and scientific treatment is the key to cure and control of outbreak of bacillary dysentery in laboratory rhesus monkey colony. In our monkey colony, the cure rate increased by 20%, compared to others in our country.
