摘要
目的为了解现状、掌握规律、找出症结、明确方向 ,本文对医院信息系统的标准化状况进行了调查与分析。方法采用典型调查法 ,选择 2 7所医院作为调研医院 ,选择“军字一号”系统的数据字典作为资料来源。结果调查分析了 99个医院管理信息代码表 ,其标准化问题主要表现为 10个方面。结论根据 99个医院管理信息代码表在 2 7所医院的标准化状况 ,将其分为四类。针对不同情况 ,提出相应建议。
Objective Investigations a nd analyses of standardization condition of Hospital Information System are carr ied out so that the status of standardization would be understood and the regula r patterns would be well known and the basic problems would be discovered and th e directions would be orientated.Methods By use of the method of typical survey, 27 hospitals are chosen as the hospitals being in vestigated in the research and the data dictionaries of the ”JUNZI No.1 Project ” are chosen as the source of information.Results There are main 10 aspects incarnating the standardization problems of the 99 ma nagement information coding standards for hospitals which are investigated in th e artical.Conclusion The 99 management informat ion coding standards for hospitals can be divided into 4 categories according to their status of standardization in 27 hospitals and corresponding suggestions t o the problems of standardization are put forward.
