摘要
目的研究如何有效利用手术信息系统为医院管理决策服务。方法在现有系统功能的基础上，提取与手术有关的数量、质量等信息，根据实际需要进行系统定制。结果实践证明，手术信息辅助医院管理系统较好的实现了信息系统辅助医院管理的作用。结论结合医院实际、设计合理的系统能够起到控制流程、辅助管理的作用。
Objective To study the effective use of operation information services for hospital management and decisionmaking. Methods Using the existing system function, extracts the relevant information, making system customization according to the actual needs. Results It has proved that the system has played a very good function of auxiliary hospital management. Conclusion Information system can achieve the goal of controlling process and supporting management through designing system and using the data reasonably.
